My works are on the crossroad of photojournalism and fashion portraiture.
Sometimes I like to combine the humanity of my protagonists with starchy posturing borrowed from fashion and putting characters in the centre of art decorations, whether it is an outfit, make up, set design or all together.
Sometimes I use a pure documental approach and do projects that explore aspects of life of my protagonists, capturing fleeting moments of real life, not staging it anyhow.
But no matter what approach I use, I always give my heroes a lot of time and attention.
In essence, I would say, camera is my tool for exploring the beauty.
And my photography is an extension of myself.
